Check-In
Let´s start the TransMallorcaRun: The Check-In is the first day of contact with the race, with our sponsors and supporters, volunteers, staff organization and with other participants and partners, as together we form TransMallorcaRun.
What should you do on the day of check-in? You should go to the registration table and make your registration, ensure that all your details and data are correctly recorded. There we will issue you a list with lots of information so you can ensure that everything is perfectly organized. The list with the services you have booked should be checked personally. In case that you will find any error or want to make changes, consult the table \\\\\\\"Incidencias de inscripción\\\\\\\", where the incidents of the applications will be processed and solved. On the list you will find:
- Participant´s data
- Hotels selected by the participant
- Shuttles selected by the participant
- Extra services contracted: physiotherapy sessions, Spot System, DVD / Photo, Insurance, etc.
- Services contracted by relatives or companions of the runner (Shuttles, transportation, activities, Pasta Party tickets, etc.)
It is very important that you review this list carefully to avoid incidents during the race when started. Please remember that all these data will be recorded in the TMR Chip Bracelet that we will hand over in the check-in and which will be essential to move freely around TMR. We also deliver your companions bracelets, where the services contracted by them are recorded, and which should be worn all the time.

- The runner´s TMR Chip Bracelet
- The Chip bracelets for family members / companions (which must not appear personally at the check-in, the runners will get them on their behalf)
- Technical material of the race (maps, route books)
- Promotional material and gifts from our sponsors and partners
- The official shirt of the race
- Official Runner´s bag of TMR
Your entire clothing and necessary items need to be stowed into your official TMR bag, which is marked with your starting number / team number. This is the only piece of luggage which will be transported by the organization from one hotel to another if you are staying in the hotels proposed by the organizer. The morning after the first night these bags will be picked up at the hotel reception. If on Saturday the 13th you are not going to stay at the hotel and want us to bring the bag to the hotel at the end of the first stage in Colonia de San Jordi, you must deposit the bag on the day of check-in, latest at 17:00 clock.
Every day we will bring the runner´s bag to the hotel where you are going to stay the night. The runners, who spend the last night in the hotel, will find the bag after the last stage there again at the reception. The athletes who on Saturday, the 20th, are not going to stay in the hotel, can get their bag in the Expo area after finishing the last stage.
If runners only want to spend some nights at the hotel and wish that the organization brings their bag into the hotel, they have to leave it in the race- office before starting the stage.
Official Presentation - Pasta Party
On Saturday, October 13 at 18h, the first pasta party and the first official act will open the TransMallorcaRun. It will be a welcome event where we will introduce the organizing team and our sponsors and partners to you, and where you will get important information about the race and its organization.
At the end of the event, runners will be brought to their hotels.
Each day we will run rigorously in the same organizational format:
5:00 a.m. Breakfast in the hotel
Runner´s transfer to the starting area (You will find the specific schedule of the buses in each hotel, in the information provided at check-in and also in the hotel´s reception)
6:15 a.m. The runners are in the starting area / Inspection of material
6:45 a.m. Short briefing (weather conditions, important points to remember, etc.)
7:00 a.m. Stage departure
18:00 p.m. Maximum closing time of arrival zone (see schedule of daily closing stage)
18:00 p.m. Initiation Pasta Party
19:00 p.m. Official ceremony presents awards of the stage / stage briefing of the next day / Pass pictures / video of the stage. The attention in the daily briefing is compulsory because here will be communicated any changes or incidents that might occur to the race.
20:30 p.m. Initiation of the runners transfer to their hotels
